These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the phmanila platform. By registering an account or placing any wager, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read carefully before using our services.
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between phmanila and any person who accesses, browses, registers, deposits funds into, places wagers on, or otherwise uses the phmanila platform, including all games, services, promotional offers, and associated content available at phmanila.app and any related subdomains or mobile interfaces.
1.2 By completing the account registration process and/or placing any bet or wager on the phmanila platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them, including any future amendments published by phmanila in accordance with Section 15 of these Terms.

2.1 To be eligible to register and use the phmanila platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending identity resolution.
2.3 Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of twenty-one (21) will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited, and any winnings generated will not be paid out. phmanila cooperates fully with PAGCOR's underage gambling investigation processes.
3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phmanila account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single person, whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
3.2 When registering an account with phmanila, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in the Philippines. phmanila may request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time.
In compliance with PAGCOR requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, phmanila conducts identity verification ("KYC") for all account holders prior to processing the first withdrawal. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID and a recent selfie. phmanila may also request proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of linked GCash account) and proof of address in certain circumstances. Accounts that fail to complete KYC to phmanila's satisfaction may be restricted or closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phmanila login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode (OTP) with any other person under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed and all transactions — will be deemed to have been conducted by you unless you have reported unauthorized access to phmanila support in advance of such activity. phmanila will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security measures.
You may request the closure of your phmanila account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, phmanila will process any legitimate pending withdrawal requests prior to deactivating the account. 4.3 All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the identity information on your phmanila account. phmanila does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts, joint accounts, or anonymous payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a mismatched or third-party account may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
4.4 phmanila does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply transaction fees in accordance with their own terms. phmanila is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method registered in your own name and verified as matching your phmanila account details. Withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a different name, or unverified accounts will not be processed.
5.2 The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are subject to your account verification tier and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
5.3 Withdrawals via GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) are typically processed within 1 to 4 hours. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
5.4 A complete and approved KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal can be processed. phmanila reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals that are unusually large or that trigger risk management thresholds in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering protocols.
5.5 Bonus funds and funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of the associated bonus and any winnings generated solely from bonus funds.

6.2 Each bonus offer is available once per eligible player unless expressly stated otherwise. 7.2 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by phmanila, it cannot be cancelled or altered by the player. phmanila reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted due to a technical error, system malfunction, manifest pricing error, or any other error that results in a bet being offered or accepted at odds or under conditions that would not normally be available.
7.3 In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a live game session, phmanila's decision on the outcome of any affected bets shall be final. Where a bet cannot be resolved due to a technical failure, the bet stake will be returned to the player's wallet.
7.4 phmanila's random number generators (RNG) and live dealer outcomes are certified for fairness by independent testing laboratories. The results of all games are final once the round has concluded and the result has been confirmed by the game system or live dealer.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmanila shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services.
11.2 phmanila does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, and force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, telecommunications failures, and acts of government) may cause temporary unavailability. phmanila will endeavor to minimize downtime and to notify players of planned maintenance periods in advance.
11.3 phmanila's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that player's phmanila account at the time the claim arises, or PHP 10,000, whichever is greater.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits phmanila's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 phmanila reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
12.2 Where an account is suspended or closed for reasons other than a proven breach of these Terms, phmanila will return any legitimate, unencumbered balance to the player via their registered payment method, following completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.
12.3 Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months with a positive balance) will be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of PHP 100 or the remaining balance, whichever is less, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Players will be notified by email before inactivity fees commence.
13.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of phmanila's services, you should contact phmanila's customer support team in the first instance. phmanila aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt. Complex disputes may take up to thirty (30) calendar days to resolve fully.
13.2 All disputes regarding the outcome of games must be submitted within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed game round or event. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered. When submitting a game dispute, please provide the game name, round ID (visible in game history), date and time, and a description of the issue.
13.3 If phmanila's internal complaints process does not resolve your dispute to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through their published player complaint channels. phmanila will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.
13.4 phmanila's decisions on game outcomes, bonus calculations, and platform operations are final and binding, subject only to the escalation process described above.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 You irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phmanila platform.
14.3 phmanila operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). In any conflict between these Terms and PAGCOR's applicable regulations, PAGCOR's regulations shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.
15.1 phmanila reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — phmanila will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior notice by email to your registered address and/or by prominent notice on the platform.
15.2 Non-material amendments (such as clarifications, formatting corrections, or minor operational changes) may take effect immediately upon publication on the phmanila platform without prior notice.
15.3 The version of these Terms that governs any specific transaction or event is the version in effect at the time that transaction or event occurs. By continuing to use phmanila following the publication of amended Terms, you accept those amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.5.
15.4 The most current version of these Terms will always be available at phmanila.app/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised.
